My Personal Testimonial for Calorad®

Garry J. Smith, D.C.

As a chiropractor I receive a ton of promotional material about the latest nutritional ‘wonder products’, some with a reasonable degree of clinical evidence presented.

The Calorad® flyer wasn’t real impressive, but as I was scanning the endorsement page I recognized the name of Dr. Ed Wagner, who I know to be very astute about nutrition.

Well, I’ve wasted money on sillier things and Ed Wagner says this stuff is good.  It was espousing the correct principle of losing inches, not pounds and exercise is something I tell other people to do.  My 6 ft. 2 in. frame with 225 pounds has been looking and feeling pretty paunchy the last few years.  I thought it’s a real stretch, but what the heck!

After about two weeks of Calorad®, it seemed as if my stomach was appearing flatter without changing a thing in my lifestyle.  I had been skeptical to take ‘before’ measurements or photos, so I wasn’t quite ready to be impressed, but I was hopeful.  But what really got my attention was going up my stairs at home, my feet and legs felt stronger!

Now, important background: 44 years ago at the age of 2½ years, I was paralyzed from the waist down by polio.  Because of the polio, muscles and tendons in my feet and legs didn’t grow properly.  The residuals of the polio resulted in two major reconstructive surgeries on both of my feet.  I have lived with some degree of chronic pain and weakness in my feet and legs all my life.  Over the past 10 years, I’ve found massage, reflexology, and magnetic insoles to be helpful in allowing me a greater degree of comfort, but not total relief.  Although part of me was denying it, I had become concerned with the growing weakness I had noticed over the past few years.

My initial amazement when I noticed the changes in my legs was tempered.  I waited for the effects to go away…but, they didn’t.  In fact, they got better, lots better…tons better!  The daily deep achy pain in my legs was gone!  The daily soreness in my feet gone!  I never thought it was possible for my legs to feel this good, feeling stronger!  If I never lose an ounce, Calorad® has made a change in my life.  Thank you, Calorad®!!!

Well, it was supposed to increase lean muscle, but I had absolutely no expectations for the improvement in my feet and legs.  After about 6 weeks I’ve lost 3 inches on my waist, and I’m sleeping better and have more endurance too.  I’ve lost inches just like Ed said, without dieting, without exercise, in my sleep.  I am incredulous that Calorad® works just like it is supposed to.  Calorad® is incredible!!!

Dr. Steven M. Silverman, D.C.

Doug Holmes has asked me to share with you my experiences with Calorad.  First, I would like to tell you something about my background.  For the past 17 years, I have been practicing chiropractic and utilizing Applied Kinesiology as my primary technique.  In 1981 I taught college level courses in holistic health and nutrition and anatomy and physiology.  I am New York State certified as a clinical nutritionist.  I am also a consultant and lecturer for Apex Energetics, a homeopathic company located in California.  Currently, I am writing a book on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Epstein-Barr Virus, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Lyme Disease.  I have appeared on the Gary Null radio show, which is nationally broadcasted, as well as many other local radio shows.

When I first received literature on Calorad, I was intrigued by the concept, but of course a little skeptical.  As a chiropractor, the concept of building muscle mass had more implications than just losing fat.  Muscles attach to tendons, which of course attach to bones.  It occurred to me that if muscle mass were to increase, that could potentially benefit tendonitis and other musculoskeletal conditions.  Since I see many patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I thought it would be an interesting product to evaluate.

To introduce patients to the product, I simply handed them a pamphlet about Calorad and told them the truth.  “This is a product that I have heard about, and I am currently evaluating, to see if it works.  I have no personal experience with Calorad, so I can’t personally vouch for it, but I have heard from others that it does work.”  More than 75 percent of the people were willing to try a bottle on that statement alone.

Every patient has renewed the product after a month.  I have not had one patient that hasn’t lost inches or weight.  I can’t keep the product in stock, it is usually sold the day I receive it.  What was particularly interesting was that some patients told me that they had dramatic increases in energy, and some of my fibromyalgia patients had a significant reduction in pain.  As muscle mass increased, people were getting better.  Although I encourage everyone to give it the full 90 days before making judgment, I have not seen any patient go more than six weeks before noticing an improvement.

I am totally convinced that the product delivers what it says it will… Now when I give the pamphlet to my patients, I tell them that I have personally seen this product work and every patient has lost inches or weight.  This is a great product… Evaluate it for yourself and when you believe in your heart it works, share it with all the people you care about.
